Return & Refund Policy
Return and ExchangePolicy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We accept the return of the sold products within seven days from the date of sale or from the date of that the product has been sent to the given delivery location. After this, we regret that we are unable to accept and exchange the goods sold. The return and exchange are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product should be in unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all the packaging materials, labels, accessories.
- The product delivered is damaged, incorrect size, or incorrect colour
- They are to be returned in their original packaging
- Our products on sale and under the outlet category, and free gifts are not eligible for return and exchange.
You will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost in returning your item using a registered courier service. If you receive, exceptionally, a product that did not match your chosen colour or size, please get in touch with us within seven days from the delivery date and we will arrange to send you the correct piece, less the shipping fee.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified on the status of your refund if it is approved. The processing time is five days after we receive the item. Your refund will be issued to you as a store credit.
